Cross-curricular art project

Students at Arts Academy in the Woods recently engaged in a cross-curricular art project, combining drawing, photography, and dance. 2D Art students have been doing figure drawing from live models, dance students have been posing, and photography students have been taking pictures of the project. The students all seemed to really enjoy combining forces on the project.



(Note that the drawings in the two photos below are of the pose in the photo above.)




This student is also doing some watercolor sketching in her sketchbook at the same time.



Everybody's working diligently. This makes the art teacher very happy!
